What happens next after ORDER?

  • We process orders same / next business day once payment is clear

  • Customer will recieve tracking number through email, with completed order to track the order while in transit.

What times are you open?

We are Open normal business hours Mon-Fri 9-4pm. (Please call us for updated working hours during COVID-19, We try and update our website with latest opening hours, however it is not always possible during these times).

 

I have placed an order online what happens now?

All orders are processed same business day during weekdays, cutoff time is 2pm (Mon-Fri). We will update your order status to “Completed” once it is dispatched. You will get an email with the tracking number for your order. (Please check your “junk folder” if you did not receive this email).

 

I am getting an error message at the checkout¬† ” Your cart may contain a product that cannot be shipped. Try removing a product. Please contact us if problem persists.”?

If you are purchasing a Dangerous goods product and like to be shipped interstate (outside Melbourne metro), We cannot process this request. Please remove the DG product from the cart and try again. You can always call us.

 

Is it possible to Post/Courier DG products?

Unfortunately dangerous goods cannot be shipped interstate.

 

Do I need to make an appointment to pick up product?

Although products can be picked up without an appointment, however it is a good idea to call us before you come to the warehouse, As we may not have product in stock or have limited pick up times during the lockdown period.
